Due in October

 Expenditure Reports

  • WIA Weekly Cash Draw due by 04:30PM on Thursday Oct 09th for payment on Tuesday October 14th.
  • Child Support due October 23rd
  • Refugee, Domestic Violence, CTF, PARC, CSBG, Runaway Services, and other due on Monday October 20th for payment on October 31st.
  • Tribes and non-County Child Care due on Thursday October 23rd for payment on Thursday October 30th.
  • W2 and TMJ due Friday October 10 for payment on Friday October 17th.

ACH Deposits:

  • County August payment on Monday Oct 6th
  • WIA Weekly cash draw on Tuesday October 7th.

 

 

Deadlines for WIA Weekly Reports

As a reminder, the regular deadline for WIA Weekly cash draw requests is 4:30 pm on Thursday afternoons. We have received a number of late requests in recent weeks. Unless the CORe processing staff is notified before the deadline, and confirms that a late request can be accommodated, any late submissions will be held for processing in the following week's batch.
