Information for Employers
The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) provides services tailored to the needs of employers ready to hire qualified individuals.
- DVR has a wide array of individuals who are ready for employment. For additional information, contact the DVR Office nearest you.
- DVR can provide up to 50% of the salary and fringe expenses, for up to 90 days, of a DVR referral that is hired by your company through our On the Job Training Initiative.
- Supported Employment Services: People with severe disabilities are matched to and trained in jobs where their specific skills and abilities make them valuable employees.
- Job Center of Wisconsin is operated by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Wisconsin Job Center system and is a Wisconsin-centered employment exchange, linking employers in all parts of the state and in communities that border Wisconsin with anyone looking for a job.
- Fidelity Bonding: The Federal Bonding Program provides Fidelity Bonds to anyone who is not eligible for commercial bonding.
