The Certified Caregiver Training Program with CBRF & CPR Certification is a 40-hour workforce training program designed to prepare individuals for employment in the healthcare and direct care field. The program includes Wisconsin-approved CBRF certifications in Medication Administration, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, and Standard Precautions. Participants also earn American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Upon completion, students are prepared for positions such as Personal Care Worker (PCW), Caregiver, and Direct Support Professional in assisted living, adult family homes, and home care settings. Hand in Hand Solutionz LLC also provides job placement assistance to support employment outcomes.

Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Enrollment is open until the start of each scheduled class or until all seats are filled.

This program is part of a healthcare career pathway that prepares individuals for entry-level caregiver roles in home care, assisted living, and community-based settings. Participants gain hands-on skills, CBRF certifications, CPR certification, and job readiness training to support immediate employment. This program also provides a pathway for advancement into CNA, medication aide, and other healthcare positions.
Hand in Hand Solutionz LLC partners with local workforce agencies and community organizations to support training and employment opportunities, including connections with employers in home care, assisted living, and community-based residential facilities.
Job placement assistance is provided through employer connections, workforce partnerships, and direct referrals. Participants receive support with job readiness and are connected to hiring facilities upon completion.
Refunds may be issued if requested prior to the start of the program. Once training has begun, no refund will be issued. Students may transfer to a future class date if needed.
