Program Description

The Complete Project Manager with CAPM® and PMP® Prep course is designed for seasoned project managers—providing you with a strong grasp of project management from start to finish. You will cover a good foundation of project management concepts and terminology, before deepening your understanding and practical application of project management tools, methods, and processes. Throughout the project management training, you will learn through a life cycle approach—meaning you will work through the project life cycle, from building a business case to closing down the project. By doing so, you will understand how all the concepts interrelate and how decisions made in the early stages of the project form the foundation for executing, controlling, and ultimately closing it.
