Learn how to raise concerns before they become problems, give feedback that actually lands and respond to defensiveness without losing your footing. Whether you have to navigate friction with a direct report, a peer or across teams, you’ll walk away with the clarity and composure to say what needs to be said, and handle what comes next. Program runs Wednesday, October 7, from 1 - 3 p.m. CT. This program is online live (offered through Microsoft Teams) and costs $99 to attend.
