Strategic Leadership in Talent Development Certificate

Prepares training and talent development professionals to build leadership effectiveness, collaboration skills, and self-awareness needed to motivate others and lead through change and uncertainty. Learners strengthen their ability to influence individuals, build organizational relationships, enhance organizational performance, and manage planned and unplanned change across individual, team, and organizational levels.
Applicants must submit unofficial transcripts with the certificate application.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the course begins or enrollment capacity is reached. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure space is available before the start of their intended first semester.

All nine certificate credits may be applied to UW–Stout Polytechnic’s M.S. in Career & Technical Education or M.S. in Human Resources degrees.
Tuition refunds are prorated based on the course length and timing of withdrawal requests. Students who withdraw after a course begins may be subject to administrative fees and partial tuition charges.
