Organizational Development and Consulting Certificate

The Organization Development & Consulting certificate is designed to empower professionals to become proficient management consultants. Graduates with this certificate fulfill the rapidly growing industry need for prepared management analysts. Students develop proficiencies in a range of skills required to positively research, develop, lead, and evaluate organizational change initiatives.
Applicants must submit an unofficial transcript with the certificate application.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the course begins or enrollment capacity is reached. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure space is available before the start of their intended first semester.

All 9 credits apply to UW–Stout Polytechnic’s M.S. in Human Resources, and selected coursework may apply to the M.S. in Career and Technical Education.
Tuition refunds are prorated based on the course length and timing of withdrawal requests. Students who withdraw after a course begins may be subject to administrative fees and partial tuition charges.
