The purpose of the Statewide Employment Recovery Dislocated Worker Grant is to help address the surge in layoff activity resulting from the COVID-19 public health emergency. This grant provides supplemental funding to local workforce development boards to expand their capacity to offer Dislocated Worker Program services to eligible individuals. Funds for this grant were provided by the U.S. Department of Labor.
