CCPLLC Customer Service Representative Certificate Program is an organized program of study that provides vocational skills leading to proficiency in performing tasks and technical functions required of Customer Service Representatives in call center, operations support, or technical support environment. Program length: 20 contact hours. Delivery: in-person or hybrid, Milwaukee, WI. Maximum 20 participants per cohort. Participants develop proficiency in the following technical job functions: real-time service ticket creation and case documentation while simultaneously managing a live customer interaction; multi-system navigation including account access and trouble report management; root cause analysis using a five-question diagnostic framework; system-based troubleshooting with real-time documentation; escalation decision-making and case routing; Service Level Agreement tracking; and professional de-escalation with compliant incident documentation ONET SOC:43-4051.00 | CIP: 52.0201 Show More

18 years of age or older; able to read and write English at a functional level; able to use a computer keyboard for typing and basic navigation.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Participants must complete enrollment before the applicable cohort start date.
CCPLLC provides job placement assistance through resume and portfolio review, interview preparation, job-search guidance, and referral information for employment opportunities with Milwaukee-area employers and workforce partners. These services are intended to assist participants with transitioning from training to employment. Employment or specific wages are not guaranteed.

No additional fees. Books and required training materials are included in tuition.
Before Session 1: 100% refund. After Session 1: 90%. After Session 2: 80%. After Session 3: 70%. After Session 4: 60%. After Session 5: 50%. After Session 6: 40%. After Session 7 or later: no refund. Refunds are based on the participant’s last date of attendance and will be issued within 40 days. For participants funded by a workforce agency or other third-party payer, any applicable refund will be returned to the funding source.
