Subject: Important Update: New System Launch from Opportunities, Inc. for Internship/Temporary Work (ITW) Services.

Dear Service Provider,

This communication is only being sent to DVR Service Provider Main Contacts and is a follow-up to a communication sent on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, regarding Opportunities Inc's Applicant and Time Entry Portal System Update. If someone else within your organization should receive this information, please feel free to forward it to them.

We are sharing important upcoming changes from Opportunities, Inc. (Opp Inc), DVR’s Employer of Record (EOR) for Internship/Temporary Work (ITW) services. Opp Inc is launching a new online system that combines both Onboarding and Time Entry under a single login for improved usability. Please read the details below carefully, including key dates, next steps, and training opportunities:

What’s Changing Monday, April 21, 2025

Time Entry Moves to New System
- All time entries for hours worked on or after Monday, April 21, 2025 must be entered in the new system.
- Payroll can no longer be processed in the old system after Sunday, April 20, 2025.
- Time Approvers will have until Monday, April 28th to approve time entered for the week of April 21st.
- Opp Inc will be hosting a training on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM to review time entry in the new system. Meeting instructions included below*.
Login Details
- Service Provider Time Approvers will receive an email from Opp Inc early next week with:
  - A link to the new system (recommended to bookmark this link)
  - Temporary login credentials (prompted to change password on first login)
- Consumers (employees) currently in an ITW will receive an email on Monday, April 21 with instructions to set up their profile for time entry. This email will go to the address currently on file, which may be the Service Provider’s email.
- The link will also be added to the Opp Inc website (Oppinc.com) after Monday, April 21, 2025.

Onboarding Delay (Optional Until May 19, 2025)

Service Providers may continue to use the current system Diversified Personnel Services (DPS) to complete the Onboarding portion for new ITW's through Friday, May 16, 2025. Use of the Onboarding portion of the new system is not required until Monday, May 19, 2025.
Service Providers may choose to begin using it on Monday, April 21, 2025 if ready.
Opp Inc will be hosting trainings on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 and Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM to review the Onboarding process in the new system. You only need to attend one of these trainings. Meeting instructions included below for both trainings*.

Time Entry & Access

Service Providers can enter time on behalf of consumers or consumers can enter their own time.
Service Provider Time Approvers will see all their assigned consumers in one portal view.
Site Employers cannot be granted access to the new system at this time — time entry. must now be handled by the Service Provider or consumer.

Consumer Logins & Email Access

Consumers currently in an ITW will receive an email on Monday, April 21, 2025 with instructions to set up their profile.
This email will go to the address currently on file, which may be the Service Provider’s email in some cases.
For initial Onboarding/ITW set up in the new system, if a consumer does not have an email address, consider these workarounds:
- Opp Inc. has also offered to assign consumers an Opp Inc. email address, which can be set up to forward to the Service Provider. However, due to workload constraints, this option is currently limited to two email addresses per Service Provider agency, upon request. Due to IT workload, these requests require 1–2 days’ notice in addition to the standard one-week onboarding timeline.
- Larger Service Provider agencies may consider setting up a shared or group email account (such as timeapprovers@agencyname.com) that can be accessed by multiple staff or used to manage communications centrally.
