DWD Announces John Keckhaver as new Legislative Liaison

MADISON – Department of Workforce Development (DWD) Secretary-designee Caleb Frostman today announced the appointment of John Keckhaver as DWD's new Legislative Liaison.

"I am pleased to announce John Keckhaver as DWD's new Legislative Liaison – his background in law, his military service, and his intimate knowledge of many of DWD's premier programs will serve the agency and the people of Wisconsin well," Secretary-designee Frostman said.

Keckhaver earned his undergraduate degree from Beloit College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He interned for both Representative Les Aspin (D-WI) and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He has nearly 20 years' experience in state government, law, and government relations.
