01/17/2023	DVR Statewide Service Provider Wait List-Agreement Reminder	Effective July 1, 2022-June 30, 2024, and included in the DVR Statewide Service Agreement (Agreement), there are defined and established policies for DVR Service Providers to follow when they identify a statewide service interruption and/or a service waitlist.

08/15/2022	Work Incentive Benefits Services Updates	The newly constructed Work Incentive Benefits Services will be effective October 1, 2022. The updated Work Incentive Benefits Services technical specification, reports, and training is available August 15th for review.
05/11/2022	DVR Service Provider Announcements	The 2020-2022 DVR Service Agreement is set to expire on June 30, 2022.
04/26/2022	DVR Service Agreement Update	DWD/DVR is in the process of finalizing the 2022-2024 Agreement and renewal process for existing DVR Service Providers. DVR is working to have this process in place and communicated to all DVR Service Provider Main Contacts within the next several weeks.
11/26/2021	Community of Practice Meeting Invitation	Included in this announcement is an invitation to Wisconsin’s Service Provider Capacity Building Community of Practice meeting series beginning January 11, 2022.
11/01/2021	Screen Reader Accessible Reports	DVR is working to update the Statewide Service Report Templates to be accessible to users who require screen readers. For reports to be fully screen reader accessible, they need to be fillable PDFs, rather than Word Documents, and some templates will require some minor changes

06/30/2021	IT Security Awareness Training Update	The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has updated the IT Security Awareness Training and is requiring all agencies contracted with the State of Wisconsin to complete the training by Friday July 30, 2021.
03/26/2021	Communication Reminder	The Service Provider shall comply with Communications Policy and Guidance for DVR Service Providers, which can be found on the Agreement References webpage, when making any news releases or communications related to this Agreement or conducting any promotional advertising. If DVR updates this document during the term of the Service Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with the latest version.
